Hi! I'm William

I was born in Venezuela where I graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Then I received a Master in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. I also studied acting at Juana Sujo Academy of Performing Art in Caracas. Though from childhood to college, acting and singing were my passions, I found my greatest love when I transitioned into a full-time voice over artist.

I am a professional voice over artist located in New York City with over 20 years of experience, fluent in Spanish and English. I have worked for commercial clients such as Kraft, Liberty Mutual Insurance and McDonald’s, several PSA campaigns for the Hispanic Market in the USA, as well as international voice productions for Latin-America, Europe and Asia. I have voiced a teddy bear toy, an electoral voting machine and I have been the announcer voice for Broadway’s The Lion King, as well as many industrial films and documentaries.

With a flexible and multifaceted voice in a tenor to baritone range, I can portray different middle age male characters to suit your casting needs. I am normally booked for my unaccented Neutral Spanish but I also perform in Castilian Spanish, Venezuelan and Spanglish. From a serene and confident voice to a crazy cartoon character, from deep resonance, a stark authoritative or a voice full of emotions, or a friendly and comforting sound, I will deliver your words with the personality required to reach the Latino consumers. Always prepared and on time, I have the stamina to work with a positive attitude until the job is done.

I love not only recording, but also assuring that the text is grammatically correct and the message is clearly transmitted to your desired market audiences. As needed, I could review your translation and offer my cross-cultural expertise in the Hispanic Market, providing that consultancy at no extra cost. I also monitor other talents to ensure proper reading, dubbing, and pronunciation. I have been an active member of SAG-AFTRA since 1995.
